The Strata Agent is a point of contact at the Strata Management Company for owners. Contacting the Strata Agent can be done via phone, fax, letter mail, or email. If sending faxes or letter mail, be sure to address them to the Strata Agent’s attention. All correspondence with Strata Council Members should go through the Strata Agent first for record keeping, or otherwise follow the instructions below for suggestions, feedback, and complaints.

Suggestions, Feedback, and Complaints

Strata Council Members would like Owners and Residents to know that they can forward any suggestions, feedback, or complaints to the Strata Agent, who will then involve Strata Council as needed. Owners may also drop off written suggestions, feedback, or complaints into the designated Strata communication mailbox where a member of Strata Council will collect and forward to the Strata Agent as needed. Be sure to include your full contact details unless wanting to remain anonymous.
